Recorded 16th December 2024
In this session, we dive into the life of Shri Advaita Acharya Prabhu from Dr. O.B.L. Kapoor’s book The Companions of Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
We explore the early life of Advaita Acharya—regarded as the incarnation of Lord Shiva—his birth in Navagam, his early mastery of Vedanta in Shantipur, and his transformative pilgrimage to South India where he met his spiritual master, Shri Madhavendra Puri.
Discover Advaita Acharya’s profound compassion: upon receiving diksha, he prayed not for his own liberation, but for the deliverance of all souls wandering in the material world.
We also address an important practical question from a devotee about how to serve family members who are not on the spiritual path, featuring insightful guidance from Gurudeva on selfless service.
